Hosted by Chef Tyler Brown and the culinary team at Southall, The Rambling is a series of family-style dining events. Set alongside a special piece of land marked by working gardens, farm fields, greenhouses, and a trellised apple orchard, the meal is meant to gather the community in celebration of Tennessee’s rich agricultural offerings. Chef Tyler’s curiosity has shaped the experience, so the entire multi-course feast and ingredients used are inspired by the land and the people who tend it. Surrounded by sloping hills, The Rambling takes place at The Conservatory Terrace beside a courtyard landscaped with edible herbs and plants. Upon a graveled terrace, communal tables are set for the meal and small flames shoot from decorative metal fire pits. You’ll taste the seasons of Southall and enjoy extraordinary cuisine while connecting with friends old and new.
